NOTICE REGARDING PROPOSITION 65
In order to comply with the state of California’s Proposition 65, Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, B&W Trailer Hitches is committed to providing warnings to Californians about possible exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm.
As you are probably aware, on August 30, 2016 the Office of Administrative Law approved the adoption of amendments to Article 6, Clear and Reasonable Warnings, of the California Code of Regulations. This regulation will be operative on August 30, 2018.
Below is a list of B&W Trailer Hitches’ products which may expose consumers to chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, developmental or reproductive toxicity.
Beginning August 30, 2018 products on this list will be labeled (either on the packaging or the product itself) with the corresponding warning. The (3) warning labels will appear as attached.
